Shelbourne Road

The six storey office block was completely restored and refurbished internally and externally to a Class A office standard to bring to market.

Belfield Head Quarters

The blocks under went through a complete strip out and refurbishment for the the Head Quarters which housed in excess of 1,000 staff. The complex fit-out included television and radio studios, secure operational offices and specialist teams areas.

Richview Office

The block was leased as a low grade fit-out which was completely refurbished for a specialist design - manufacturing company providing high tech products to the areospace industry. The challange was to achieve the specified standards required by the engineering department.

Headway Ireland

Headway Ireland are an Irish registered charity who hired us to refurbish their offices and educational centres across Ireland, including their facilities in Dublin 7, Sandymount, Limerick and are currently progressing with the refurbishment and extension of their Cork facility.
Headway are recognised internationally to brain injury services organisations and have a vision for a future where people with Acquired Brain Injury in Ireland can rebuild their lives and meaningful roles in their own communities. The goal is to bring positive change in the lives of those affected by an acquired brain injury.

Lisney

New locations for their offices were identified in Dalkey and Blackrock, the units required local authority approvals prior to the complete refurbishment of the offices.

Cork Apartment Block

The common area and apartments were completely refurbished, modernising the fittings and finishes while addressing fire safety concerns.

Phoenix House

This common areas and reception extended and refurbished together with the floor plates to a Class A office standard to bring to market.
